AFFECTED CROP:
Herbaceous crops such as tomato, bell pepper, melon, bean, beet, potato, alfalfa and grapevine.
DAMAGES:
For a fully developed crop, the presence of small larvae does not cause appreciable damage; however, in a recently transplanted crop, they can “blind” the plant, affecting the apical bud. Once it attacks the fruit, it produces very important damage, rendering the fruit unusable.
